At a relatively light weight, you can transition easily from lifting to doing higher intensity workout with box jumps and body weight movements. While not ideal for workouts with running, you can still perform gymnastics movements with ease. Thanks to the Sticky rubber grip on the outsole, you can even wear these during rope climbs.
